My love for decorating has kind of come about just by buying a house. I was never really interested until I experienced creating my own space, our home! I started by looking around in stores to tearing out pages in magazines, now I just indulge in it ALL! A few of my go to places for obvious inspiration is HGTV, design magazines (This Old House, Flea Market Style, Renovation Style), and the home decor sections at most stores. BUT...these all have one thing in common...most of the decorating is done with new stuff! For me, I like to throw in a little old, new, and unique!
I have a new found love for the old stuff. I hit the local antiques stores, where I just bought an old shipping crate to use to hold all of my magazines :) But I have recently found a new blog called, Perfectly Imperfect! This blog has a little bit of everything & it where I am currently taking a lot of my inspiration from!
